Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at SpinovaOne. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.


1) Return Window

You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for U.S. orders.


2) Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

- in like-new condition, free of excessive wear or damage;
- with all original accessories (charging cable, manual, etc.);
- preferably in the original packaging.

Items returned used or missing parts may be subject to a partial refund.


3) How to Start a Return

1. Email support@spinovaone.com with your order number and reason for return (photos if applicable).
2. We’ll reply with RMA instructions and a return label.
3. Defective/incorrect items: we cover return shipping.
Change-of-mind: return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Items sent back without an RMA may be refused.


4) Exchanges

Fastest way: return the item and place a new order. If you prefer a direct exchange, mention it in your email and we’ll advise.


5) Refunds

- We’ll inspect your return within 2–5 business days of receipt.
- If approved, we refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).
- Original shipping fees (e.g., Priority Shipping) are non-refundable once an order ships.
- If a discount was used, refunds reflect the price paid after discounts.

If it’s been 7 business days since approval and you don’t see the refund, contact us at support@spinovaone.com.


6) Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

Please inspect upon delivery and email us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


7) Cancellations & Address Changes

If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to cancel or update it. Once shipped, please proceed with a return after delivery.


8) Non-Returnable Items

- Items marked “Final Sale” or gift cards
- Intentional misuse or damage

(Discounted/sale items are eligible for return unless specifically marked “Final Sale”.)


9) Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive it, wait 24–48 hours, check with neighbors/building staff, then email us. We’ll open a carrier investigation and assist with options.
